Shipping and Return Policies

How much time will be taken for my order reach to me?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, we provide Free Shipping to 20000 + Pin codes across India for all orders. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes , we ship internationally as well.

Additional Charges over and above the Product Cost will have to be paid by the customer for international shipping.

 

In case, I receive  a Defective/Damaged/Incorrect product. What will I do?

We are committed to ensure that your product reaches you safely without any breakage or damage. To take of this, we use Foam packaging and for fragile items we use extra layer packaging over and above the standard packaging. However , In rare cases when you receive a defective/damaged/incorrect product, you do not need to worry as would be assisting you if our team finds that your request is genuine.

Please raise a Replacement Request within 24 hours of receipt of the order by sending us an email on contact@smartwaylighting.com or Whatsapp - 8882254207 with product photos and order id and we will verify your request.

Once your return’s request is approved, then your refund/exchange procedure will be processed.

Refund would be made only when a replacement product is not available.  We donot have Credit note facility 

 

What to do if my product stops working after few days ?

For all our products ,all the technical details are taken care of very precisely while manufacturing and we strive to deliver you best quality products, however in rare cases if any issue occurs , we also provide you 1 Year warranty on Wall Lamps, Table Lamps and Pendant Lamps on Below Terms:

    • 1) The Warranty covers only Led Driver, Led Strip from the Date of Purchase .  It does not cover Physical Damage /Water Damage(Except Outdoor Lights) / Tampering or any type of   Damage which Is not a Technical and Functional Failure.

 
    • 2) Customer is Responsible of sending the Goods to the Smartway address and Smartway will not bear any kind of Pickup /Shipping charges involved in shipping. 

 
    • 3) The Product can be Replaced/Repaired , for which our Technical team will take the Decision.

 
    • 4)The Order Number, Invoice is Mandatory to Avail the Warranty Service.

However , if you  face an  issue with the working of the product after the Warranty Period is Over, then also we assist you with the repairing of the product on chargeable basis.

 

What if I do not Like the Product ? 

We have mentioned all the product details and Clear Images of products with specifications on the website and believe that the customer is willing to purchase the product whenever he/she places the order. Besides that , as far as the quality is concerned we take of every minute detail for Customer Satisfaction.

Our Products are having High Quality and Finishing which are rooted from top manufactureres in the Industry.

We use Top Quality Electroplating paint process for many products, instead of traditional Brush or Spray Paint. 

 

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

It Depends on Volume of Shipment , A single order can be sent in multiple packages to ensure that your product arrives safely and securely.

 

Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) for Products Purchased? 

Currently, we accept only Prepaid Orders due to Covid 19 and we may support COD in the Future.

 

How should I proceed if I receive the product in damaged packaging?

We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you securely and safely.However, when a damaged package arrives, you need to perform the following steps.

1) Open the package in front of the delivery boy

2) If the Product is in Ok and working condition and only box damaged , please ignore below steps.

3) If the product inside is damaged then you need to take the photos of the damaged package, Shipping label on box, Product and also of the delivery boy .

4) You also need to mention that you received a damaged package and product on the delivery receipt/POD while receiving the product on POD ( Without this we cannot process the return/refund of damaged product ), We would need the image of the same.

5) After that you need to send all the photos of products and outer packaging and the order id to us on contact@smartwaylighting.com within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or refund subject to the verification by our team.

All the steps are mandatory while raising the request for replacement/return failing which we will not be able to assist you.

Once your return’s request is approved, then your refund/exchange procedure will be processed.

 

What about the refundable amount of return’s order?

Your amount will be credit automatically to your Bank Account when the product reaches us back.

 

How much time will be taken to process my return’s Request?

It takes approximately 5-10 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
