WARRANTY: 1 YEAR

  • The Warranty covers only LED Drivers, LED Strip and LED Bulb. It does not cover physical damage/water damage (Except outdoor lights)/Tampering or any type of damage which is not technical failure.
  • Customer is responsible of sending the goods to the below mentioned address and Smartway will not bear any kind of Forward pickup/shipping charges. We'll bear return shipping charges.
  • Our technical team will decide whether the product is replaced or repaired.
  • The Order Number, Invoice & Warranty Card is mandatory to avail the Warranty service.
